Been slacking so much with diet lately, so I’ve gone back to following the book’s meal plans which seems to work well for me and always puts me back on track….It’s not that I eat bad it’s just so many foods affect my thyroids and then throws them off which slows down my metabolism and then the fat comes back, just have to remember to stay away from food that has goitrogens in them, which sucks because I love strawberries and spinach :(
